INKED COSMETIC STUDIOS POLICIES
Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Late cancellations result in a 50% charge of the service booked and forfeit of deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 before the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service and forfeit of deposit.
Permanent cosmetic procedures must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to appointment to be able to transfer deposit to a later date. Deposits will only be allowed to be transferred to a new date one time. A new deposit will be required if you reschedule more than once.
All deposits are non-refundable 24 hours after booking your appointment. No exceptions.
Deposits are not transferable to any other clients appointment.
PREVIOUS WORK FROM OTHER ARTISTS
Booking an appointment and not disclosing if you previously had permanent makeup done by another artist may result in an up charge of the service or forfeit of your deposit. There is no guarantee that we can work over someone else work without preapproval by us.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
No call/no shows for any appointment booked will result in a forfeit of deposit as well as a charge for 100% of the remaining cost of the appointment. It also will restrict you from booking any future services with Inked Cosmetic Studios.
FOLLOWING PRE-APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
All pre-appointment instructions must be viewed and followed prior to any permanent cosmetic procedure. Failure to follow pre-care may result in a cancellation to your appointment as well as full charge of the appointment remaining price. You can find pre-appointment instructions on our website.
FOLLOWING AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Not following aftercare instructions can result in poor healed results and retention issues, as well as possible scarring.
Following all instructions is crucial to getting the most out of your services and investment.
No guests or children are allowed during the procedures. Only exceptions are for translators or if physical assistance is needed.
